मात्र बजार सामेलता जुन चाही क्लियरीङ मेम्बर जस्तै भर्ना छ र मेक्स क्लियरीङ काउन्टर पार्टीको हुनसक्छ । जब बजार सहभागीले आफै क्लियरीङ प्रमाणपत्र थाम्न सक्दैन, यसले क्लियरीङ मेम्बरहरु बाट कारोबारहरु खुलस्त गर्नुपर्दछ । यस्तो अवस्थाहरुमा, नन्–क्लियरीङ मेम्बर को ठेक्का दल सोझै मेक्स क्लियरीङ हुनसक्दैन, तर क्लियरीङ मेम्बर जुन चाही इन्टर्न मेक्स क्लियरीङको ठेक्का दल हो । बजार सहभागीहरु संग ग्राहक को ठेक्का एक्लो सम्बन्ध छ जसले ग्राहक संपादन गर्छ र बनाईएको कारवारहरु सेटल गर्छ test
